The Beginning of Every Transformation

Every big change starts quietly. Sometimes it’s an idea you can’t shake. Sometimes it’s the moment you look at your life and realise you’re ready for more.

This is where the journey begins.

When you try to change your body or your lifestyle, the “how” can feel overwhelming. Should you train harder? Eat less? Follow someone else’s routine? The truth is simpler: your story, your rhythm, and your body are unique. What works for someone else isn’t automatically meant for you.

The reason I created Fifisfit is because I spent years doing everything “right” and feeling worse. I pushed harder, slept less, ate less, trained more… and nothing changed until I understood something fundamental:

Your body transforms when you stop fighting it.

This blog will be the place where I share everything that helped me rebuild my body from the inside out. From Pilates principles, to hormonal balance, to lifestyle habits, to real routines that actually make you feel good. Not perfection. Not punishment. Just real rhythm, real strength, real results.
